Either party, Zentrix Technologies or the client, may terminate the contract by providing a 15-day written notice to the other party.
If you would prefer a longer notice period for terminating the contract, Zentrix Technologies is open to accommodating such a request, provided you (the client) agree to the same extended notice period.
In the event that the employee’s performance is deemed wholly inadequate, we will issue a complete refund. However, if the performance has been satisfactory but falls below the expected standards, we will charge on a pro-rata basis for the days worked and refund any outstanding amount.
Should you wish, we can also replace the employee in question and apply any remaining balance as credit toward the replacement.
It is important to note that these measures can only be implemented if you communicate your concerns to us at the earliest, preferably within the first week of employment. If the employee has worked for a reasonable period and no dissatisfaction has been communicated, Zentrix Technologies cannot retroactively question the employee’s performance or apply the aforementioned measures. In such cases, the agreed-upon notice period (15 days or any other agreed duration at the time of the initial payment) will apply to terminate our services.
We are committed to ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for all our clients and look forward to addressing any concerns promptly.
